Imagine what will happen when you continue work like this. You will simple multiply earnings while your groups grow. First Stage – the basis to functioning is:

• getting to know the products and knowing how to share the joy of using them
• building a base of clients and being able to buy and sell, or use products worth 4 cc (case credits)
• sponsoring three people and inspiring them to work with FLP

Every person that decides to work with FLP should understand how the Marketing Plan works and map out their own promotion to Manager. Each person is an independent FLP distributor and has unlimited access to the company resources. If everyone introduces three people to the network, and we make sure that there is a duplication, the second line will have nine people, and the third will have twenty-seven. Each one of these people enlarges the group. Of course, any person can introduce an unlimited number of people to the FLP way of making the living.
We show you the minimum, which is best to keep as a goal in the beginning of your work in order to build a stable structure.
A strong structure is the key to the success in FLP. You generate profit not only by your retail sales. You are making profit by taking the advantage of generous FLP Marketing Plan and earning bonuses based on work of your whole group of distributors sponsored by you directly and those down in your lines.

Second Stage – You are a Manager now.
You help now distributors in your group up to the 3rd generation to build strong Manager group. In order to have a strongly built enterprise structure, you should teach your distributors to set goals and help them realize them.

Organization and Managing Structures
Every Manager who wants to be a true leader should work with his distributors groups on a daily basis. You should be sure that each of your 1^st generation distributors generates a personal volume of 4cc and has his own non-manager group
generating at least 50 cc each month. You should teach your 1^st generation distributors to help their people to do the same. This is where the Duplication System takes place.
Starting a partnership with FLP, you should have a vision of your own enterprise, in which in some time you will have 39 Managers in three levels, or in three generations how we sometimes call it. Each Manager should actively generate 4cc, building their own non-manager group with a minimum of 50cc generated, and helping three new distributors, whom they introduced to the FLP.
In two years of work, I personally had 35 distributors in the 1^st generation, most of which were just the users of products, as well as 232 people in the second level, 751 in the third level, and 1201 in the fourth level; the entire group had consisted 7106 people.
This is the phenomenon of Multilevel Marketing!

There are many elements that determine whether or not we can realize what we plan for ourselves, but the most important are:

1. “why am I doing this” – personal inner motivation
2. a proper business partner
3. faith in people, faith in the quality and effectiveness of products
4. planning, action, and creativity
5. perseverance
